Yes, we offer an exclusive deal on FlySafair tickets when booked through our office, with cashback on the first three bookings for full paying members. Once your 3 x R100 Reward flight discounts have been used, we can assist you by booking the best/cheapest available flight for you on FlySafair, if required.
What is FlySafair’s cancellation policy?
Cancellations may incur a fee, and any changes to flight bookings are subject to additional charges as per FlySafair’s terms.

Yes, you will need to pay the quoted car rental cost, along with any refundable deposit and applicable service fees as per the Terms & Conditions.
Can I use a third-party credit card for car rentals?
No, only the member’s credit card can be used for payment, and the member must be the driver of the rented vehicle.

Complete our online “QUOTE ME” form for an updated bus booking quote, or call us at 010 634 4930. Once satisfied with your quote, book at least 4 working days before your bus trip departure.
Are there any service fees for bus bookings?
No, Rapid Rewards does not charge any service fees on bus bookings. This reward service is completely free!
What do I need to do to book a discounted bus ticket?
Pay the full discounted price for your bus ticket 3 full working days before travel. You’ll receive a confirmation once processed.
Can I transfer my bus ticket to someone else?
No, tickets are non-transferable and must be used by the booked passenger or qualifying club beneficiaries.
What happens if I need to cancel or change my bus booking?
Once your bus ticket is booked and paid, no refunds apply. If changes are needed, a service fee may apply.
